Minimum three-night stay.
Linen – queen bed made up, linen provided for other beds at no charge to guests.
All fees payable on arrival.
Administration fee of $20.00 applies to all cancellations.
No refunds for early departures or cancellations within 30 days prior to check-in date for Peak.
No refunds for early departures or cancellations within 14 days prior to check-in date for all other periods.
Where WEEKLY stays (or greater) combine peak and off-peak days, each off-peak day will be charged at 1/7^th of the off-peak weekly rate.

Sorry, no pets allowed at Lake Edge Holiday Units or Pelicans Holiday Cottage.

Seniors’ 10% discount on off-peak rates – 7 days from $85 per day.
